We want to offer you all the support to help you achieve your fitness goals! By signing up for the monthly open gym membership, you will receive your own personal digital code to access the gym and train on your own.
1-On-1 Personal Training
Everyone is at different stages of life and has different goals. Therefore, we believe your training program should reflect that. We first sit with each individual for a fitness assessment. We go over your goals, medical history, current lifestyle routine, current exercise routine, discuss nutrition, take your VO2 max, put you through a movement screen, take your body fat percentage, skeletal mass index, and before photos. From all the information we gather, we then design a fitness program tailored specifically to that individual.

Our Process

Initial Consultation
We start by sitting down with you one-on-one to get to know you beyond the gym. We'll go over your goals, medical history, and current lifestyle routine to make sure we have a full picture of where you are and where you want to be.

Nutrition Assessment
We take a closer look at your current eating habits and nutritional intake. Understanding how you fuel your body is a key part of building a program that truly works for you.

Movement Screen
We put you through a comprehensive movement screen to assess your mobility, strength, and movement patterns. This helps us identify any areas that need extra attention and ensures your program is safe and effective from day one.

Body Composition Analysis
We measure your body fat percentage and skeletal mass to establish a baseline. This gives us the data we need to track your progress accurately over time.

Before Photos
We take before photos as a visual starting point for your journey. These are kept private and serve as a powerful reminder of how far you've come.

Meet your Coach
Kim Hartfield
I grew up in Northern California with both parents and 6 siblings. I grew up very active, playing competitive soccer & basketball along with snowboarding, water skiing, running and riding ATV’s. I came to NY with just a suitcase to help with Superstorm Sandy for 3 weeks and I never went back home. I told my parents I'm staying in NY and I've been in NY ever since. I started Personal Training in 2014 and worked at Equinox for about 7 years and worked my way as a top Tier Personal Trainer. Once the Covid pandemic hit and all companies closed their doors, I opened my own and opened my 1st gym in Great Neck Long Island. After 2 years in Great Neck, I then relocated to Manhasset and have been here ever since.
